This instructional DVD is a compilation of live footage from two of my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminars I taught in 2005: One held in Minneapolis, Minnesota and one held in Burlington, VT. Both seminars were three hours in length. However, the footage for both seminars was condensed down to one hour of instruction.

This DVD is almost two hours in length and covers such topics as, basic and intermediate side mount escapes, dealing with head grabbers from the guard, arm lock and triangle choke escapes from the guard, understanding timing, the importance and use of posture, escaping north and south, collar chokes and more!

This instructional would be best suited for beginning level student (four years of training or less), or for the intermediate level practitioner who wants to brush up on or review his or her basics!

The sound and picture quality for this DVD is much better than the ones produced in the past.
